Specials are valid until the 28th of February, 2025. A $50.00 deposit is required to secure the booking. Extra thick and/or long hair will incur a minimum additional $25.00. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Our aim at Hypnotique Hair Lounge is to provide exceptional service in a timely manner. To help us achieve this we have implemented the following set of policies.
We understand that “things happen” but last minute cancellations and changes to your appointments significantly impacts the salon, team and clients. All online, telephone and walk-in appointments need a deposit to secure your booking This is due to an increase in no-shows and last minute cancellations. We politely ask for your to be respectful of this and give 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellation to your appointment. Should this not happen, your deposit is forfeited. You also forfeit the deposit if you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. This minimum cancellation period gives your stylist an opportunity to offer their time to another client.
I think most of us have been guilt of an appointment slipping our mind. To prevent this happening, we will send you a reminder text 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please reply to the text as soon as you can as this helps us arrange our appointments accordingly.
Our team strives to give you amazing hair in a professional manner and a relaxing setting. Should you be unhappy with your hair service please contact us within 7 days so we can rectify it. This is a fair amount of time to know if you are happy with the result. All redo services after 7 days will be charged.
There are no limits to creating luscious locks with hair extensions. We use the highest quality hair to give you a seamless blend. We offer Tape and Weft extensions in the salon. A complementary consultation is needed before your extension application. This is to colour match and quote so there won’t be any surprises for you and we can make sure that we achieve the best system that works for you. In order to secure your hair extension, a 50% booking fee is required. Should you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Please make sure you are booked in for what you would like to have done. Should you change your mind on the day and delete a service you were booked in for you still may be charged. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running late for an appointment. More than 15 minutes late for an appointment could lessen the time spent working our magic on your hair.
